chat with Cea_Kay from UPM just now, and he tell me some bad news regarding chinese student which happened recently at canteen college-12 in University Putra Malaysia (UPM).

After watching that clip,i wondering Y malay (i dont mean majority, ok) always act like a first class citizens? Y chinese being looked down by Malays and always get bullied by them? Pity those chinese who studied in UPM especially those involved in this case.
